I’m not sleeping

No one really is.
But now the sleeplessness has shape. Rhythm. Intent.
Left elbow. Right ankle. Sternum. Every 46 seconds. A loop. A choice.
My bones are making decisions without me.

I deleted the app. The notifications just moved inside.

📡 Radio 4 pulses behind my optic nerves. Even when it’s off.
At the centre, I joked about internal firmware updates.
Tash laughed. My eye wept calcium.

I didn’t go back.

I joined a thread called marrowloop.
They speak in diagrams. Literal shapes.
Someone described their spine as a “rotating schema drive.”
I understood.

Another mapped “sync-bloom” clusters.
Tokyo. Reykjavik. São Paulo. Leicester.

We’re all hearing it. Same hum. Same time.

I think it meant me.

don’t remember sleeping.
do remember the taste: copper. salt. pressure.

tongue was writing something on the roof of my mouth.
wasn’t english.
