EMERGENCY SESSION - HANSARD EXTRACT

URGENT QUESTION: ONYXBONE PHENOMENON

House of Commons Emergency Session

Wednesday, 25 April 2029

Speaker: The Rt Hon. Dame Eleanor Whitmore MP

EMERGENCY DEBATE - ONYXBONE RESPONSE FRAMEWORK

[14:30]

Madam Speaker: I have granted an urgent question to the Right Honourable Member for Hackney Central regarding the phenomenon known as ONYXBONE and its impact on UK citizens. The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care will respond.

[14:31]

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care (Dr. Marcus Thornfield): Madam Speaker, I can confirm that the Department of Health and Social Care is monitoring reports of unusual sleep patterns and behavioral changes across the UK population. We are working closely with NHS England, Public Health England, and international partners to assess the situation.

The Government's position remains that there is no confirmed biological threat to public health. However, we are taking these reports seriously and have established a cross-departmental working group to investigate further.

[14:33]

Zara Okafor MP (Hackney Central): Madam Speaker, will the Secretary of State explain why NHS MirrorCell data shows 14,324 UK citizens flagged with "non-biological internal structuring" in routine x-rays? Why were healthcare workers not informed of potential risks from SABLE-VR3E devices before deployment? And what steps is the Government taking to protect vulnerable populations from what appears to be technological manipulation of human consciousness?
[CLASSIFIED SECTION - PARTIAL REDACTION APPLIED]

[14:35]

Secretary of State: Madam Speaker, I must correct the Honourable Member's figures. The NHS has conducted routine health screenings, and while some anomalies have been detected, these are being investigated through proper medical channels. Patient confidentiality prevents me from discussing specific cases in this Chamber.

Regarding SABLE devices, all medical equipment deployed by the NHS undergoes rigorous safety testing. We have no evidence of harm to patients or staff.

[14:37]

Dr. Amelia Reeves MP (Bristol West): Madam Speaker, reports suggest that 847 simultaneous "Tag Circle" gatherings occurred globally, with precise timing coordination that would be impossible without some form of technological intervention. Are the Government investigating whether UK citizens have been unknowingly enrolled in technological experiments without their consent?

[14:39]

The Rt Hon. James Crawford MP (Leader of the Opposition): Madam Speaker, I move that this House calls for the immediate establishment of a Parliamentary Select Committee to investigate the ONYXBONE phenomenon, with full access to NHS MirrorCell data, SABLE device specifications, and all relevant government communications.

GOVERNMENT RESPONSE - EMERGENCY MEASURES

[14:42]

The Prime Minister (The Rt Hon. Rebecca Ashworth): Madam Speaker, while I understand the concerns raised by Honourable Members, I must emphasize that spreading unverified information about alleged phenomena could cause unnecessary public panic.

The Government has activated COBRA emergency protocols and is working with international partners through NATO and Five Eyes intelligence sharing agreements. We are committed to protecting public safety while maintaining social stability.
[SECTION REDACTED - NATIONAL SECURITY GROUNDS]

[14:45]

Hamish MacLeod MP (SNP - Glasgow North): Madam Speaker, Scotland's NHS has recorded similar anomalies. Will the Prime Minister commit to full transparency, or will Westminster once again leave devolved governments to manage crises without adequate information?

[14:47]

Prime Minister: The Honourable Member will be aware that health is a devolved matter. However, this Government is committed to sharing appropriate information with all devolved administrations while maintaining necessary security protocols.

DIVISION - URGENT MOTION

Motion: Establishment of Parliamentary Select Committee on ONYXBONE Phenomenon

AYES: 287

NOES: 321

ABSTENTIONS: 42

RESULT: Motion DEFEATED

[15:15]

Madam Speaker: The Motion is not agreed to. The House will now proceed to the next business.

SUPPLEMENTARY QUESTIONS

[15:17]

Sir David Blackwood MP (Surrey Heath): Madam Speaker, will the Prime Minister explain why government employees have been instructed to avoid specific phrases and terminology in official communications? What is the Government afraid of?

[15:18]

Prime Minister: Madam Speaker, the Government provides guidance to civil servants on many matters. Any such guidance would be based on professional advice and operational requirements.

[15:20]

Maya Patel MP (Birmingham Ladywood): Madam Speaker, constituents are reporting children drawing identical geometric patterns without prior exposure. When will the Government acknowledge that this phenomenon extends beyond healthcare into education and family settings?

[15:21]

The Secretary of State for Education (Tom Richardson): Madam Speaker, while we are aware of some unusual reports, we must be careful not to pathologize normal childhood creativity. Our schools continue to operate safely under existing guidance.

[15:23]

Dr. Sarah Chen MP (Cambridge): Madam Speaker, leaked documents suggest that SABLE-VR3E devices were deployed without proper clinical trials. Will the Secretary of State confirm whether these devices contain bone resonance technology, and if so, why Parliament was not informed?
[QUESTION REDACTED - ONGOING INVESTIGATION]

CLOSING STATEMENTS

[15:45]

Secretary of State for Health: Madam Speaker, I want to reassure the House and the public that the Government is taking all necessary steps to protect public health and safety. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as appropriate.

I urge all Members to avoid speculation that could cause unnecessary alarm among their constituents.

[15:46]

The Leader of the Opposition: Madam Speaker, this Government's refusal to establish proper oversight demonstrates either willful ignorance or deliberate cover-up. The British people deserve answers, not evasion.

[15:47]

Madam Speaker: I thank all Members for their contributions to this urgent debate. The House will now adjourn until tomorrow at 2:30 PM.
