This was an enjoyable competition to run, and I thank all of the entrants for all of their submissions.
I was most pleased with the volume and quality of entries.
The first prize of USD $150.00 is awarded to eastofnorth for her entry Feather Tips
I really enjoyed all of eastofnorth's entries and her technical skill and use of Agony is very impressive.
The second prize of USD $50.00 is awarded to eastofnorth for her entry Misty Spirograph
A bonus prize of USD $25.00 is awarded to Song_sing for her entry agony18020071208_17_22_09__968
Song_sing's enthusiasm, varied styles and willingness to experiment show clearly through her work. This image, just appealed to me somehow, the composition I think, the balancing act.
A second bonus prize of USD $25.00 is awarded to Engineer J for his entry Osculating polynomials
This prize is also a wedding present, as I believe that Engineer J is getting married today, Tuesday 25th December 2007. Congratulations.
Engineer J's longstanding, before any tutorials existed, desire to create engaging images with Agony has been realised. I enjoy the layered colours and soft curves of this, almost erotic, piece.
The standard of entry was very high, and made judging difficult. Congratulations to the prize winners, and commiserations and thanks to all other entrants.
